new ai trigger type

I'm not sure how capable you guys are of adding in things to be used by aimd.ini, but one feature I've really wanted with AI is the ability for them to trigger production of a teamtype based on how much money they have (there's one that allows them to do something based on how much money the PLAYER has, but not how much THEY have).
This would allow the AI to make large forces if they have a lot of money, and also prevent them from making too big of forces if they don't have enough money (if used correctly). It would also allow the AI to build harvesters specifically if they don't have enough money.
It may not seem to be too important, but in the right hands, it could make AI much, much more intelligent (and thus, more enjoyable). And on a general note, I'd love to see more additions to AI capability in general :D.
