Original Request

[Weapon] AllowedStates=NORMAL,GARRISONED,OPENTOPPED,GUNNER,DEPLOYED,NOT_MOVING; in which state(s) is the wielder of this weapon allowed to use it? Put simply, you can only use this weapon if you're in one of the states it mentions. Defaults to DEFAULT, i.e. decide normally. Other states might be added if needed.
