Original Request

There should be an addition in Ares that can manipulate types of infiltration on spy logic and not just achievable by Spyable=no.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

[SPY] SpyEffect.Custom=yes ; activates Ares spy additional effects. SpyEffect.InfiltrateType=power,cash ; it only infiltrates powered buildings with positive values and buildings with Refinery=yes flag.(def=all) or; SpyEffect.InfiltrateIndex=0,2,5 ; example the value of 0 is power, 2 is cash, 5 is veterancy, (def=-1).
