Sprint 13 deliverables [10 23 to 11 03] and next sprint planning

High level tasks accomplished in this sprint (ending Nov. 3)

• Sync with PMP 100% in place and all edge cases being handled, including PD changes. Big thanks to PMP team.
• Planned Action > Parter activity related functionality, filtering, listing, creation etc. all in place in the interface now.
• Cluster Reporting, Analysis (Partner) in place.
• Testing / performance enhancements / PMP<>PRP integration continued for PRP API's.

Open issues to discuss / agenda items

• Need Import template specifications finalized for cluster reporting: https://github.com/unicef/etools-partner-reporting-portal/issues/269
• Need direction on dual reporting (to cluster and PD).

Goals for next week of testing / QA

• Email notification to partners when a progress report/indicator reports is accepted/sent back and for various other things to IMO's as well. --Gavin-- summary emails are better than email for every action. unicef focal point and authorized officer in IP reporting case.
• "Send back" functionality for cluster reports via IMO's
• Auto-calculation of cluster activity indicators based on partner inputs
• Continued QA / testing

Action points/new tickets from showcase discussions

• On PMP side what is editable (locations / targets?) and are we handling them correctly.
• Check how cluster reporting will handle locations / targets being changed both at IMO / cluster level and partner activity level.
• Dual reporting on shared indicators #155.
• Cluster analysis spec to be shared.
• Importing data in cluster on hold till MVP.
• Communicate out new dates from timeline above.
