Sprint 12 deliverables [10 09 to 10 20] and next sprint planning

High level tasks accomplished in this sprint (ending Oct. 20)

• Sync with PMP 75% in place.
• Dashboard refactor, bug fixes and getting it functional again.
• Prototype implementation of interface for reporting for joint UNICEF/Cluster indicators (see ticket for open questions)
• User on-boarding for both IP's, and partners/IMO's in cluster reporting along with enhanced profile modal listing relevant detail depending on whether user is partner or not.
• Started work on my planned action > activities (custom/cluster etc.). Will be finished in 2-3 days.
• Technical Making code Python 3 compatible. In PR.
• Technical API documentation in place: http://prp.tivixlabs.com/api/docs/
• Technical Getting frontend bundling to work to optimize performance on cloud environments.
• More API changes for all functionality PMP depends on PRP for.
• Second pass of QA, bug fixes.

Timeline check Change in timelines by ~10 days. Cluster PRP can still be delivered by Oct. 27, if required. PRP<>PMP integration may take development/testing effort hence being conservative.

Goals for next sprint

• Email notification to partners when a progress report/indicator reports is accepted/sent back and for various other things to IMO's as well. --Gavin-- summary emails are better than email for every action. unicef focal point and authorized officer in IP reporting case.
• Finish testing sync with PMP / any final changes relating to indicators/disaggs
• Importing for Cluster reports (pending UNICEF final decisioning)
• "Send back" functionality for cluster reports via IMO's
• Auto-calculation of cluster activity indicators based on partner inputs
• Cluster analysis section
• Continued QA / testing
