Grouped Attributes

A list of attributes that everyone who has a certain desirable attribute would want a requestor to have before they were contacted.

For instance, if you were a motorcycle stunt instructor, you could have a grouped attribute containing attributes for

A helmet
A drivers license
Valid Insurance
A motorcycle
100 hours of driving experience

For greatest effect, these attributes should be signed by some well known, trusted entity on the app.

A person can create this list, publish it, and then others can use it.

The lists are immutable once published.

If you want to add or remove an attribute from the list, you must create a new list.

To Think About: Perhaps they can be superseded, and users directed to newer versions? Or deprecated, so no new requirements to be contacted can use them?
