You can create events, for a given tribe. When people search for stuff, they won't see your event unless you pay them a one time fee to contact them about it.

Thought... Perhaps you need a cosigner which indicates you have certain resources before you can contact someone. So, say a freelancer wanted to reduce the number of frivolous requests for their services that they get. They want to know that the potential client has what they need to hit the ground running. They could require a cosign on a document describing the project in detail. People would be paid a fee to help clients create these. This could be the beginning of really standardizing and breaking down the tasks/requirements involved in work, and democratizing who can do that work.
