Where Do I Find Information?

Use the side bar and footer navigation to find articles. Please note that some links take you back to documents in the all_docs Github repository.

How Can I Contribute?

To contribute to the all_docs repository, you need to create a pull request for that repo.

To contribute to the wiki, you need to request editing access from the moderator. You can do this in one of our meetings. Once you have access, please refer to the following articles for some how-tos on github-specific wiki editing:

What Are Our Design Standards?

Please visit multiple pages to see how our documents are formatted, and follow those same designs. Follow this checklist for writing your article:

• Consult with the moderator (consider creating a ticket in Jira for any extensive or new documentation)
• Find similar content and mimic the design (be sure to add links to any other pages or documents you name)
• Contact the moderator for final approval of your document
• Add links for your document in our navigation. Generally, main topics go in the sidebar and footer, and sub topics get linked on a page, such as the Tribe App Documentation page.
• Scan through related topic documents and link to your new page

Please be mindful that Github has limited options for organizing and formatting data. For instance, we cannot use sub pages or auto-generated menus. Most things are formatted manually and require us to keep them updated and easy to read.
