Update on Singularity support

• Install default OS packages for new recipes

• Install OS packages specified in osdeps for the selected easyconfig files

• Single container configuration option with --container-config

• Easybuild configuration through environment variables

• Pass additional options to eb in recipe

• Fotis: Maybe consider additional option to install other OS packages in addition to the default ones.

Update on progress towards EasyBuild 4.0

• Fotis: Any news on the support for YAML easyconfig files?
  • Since YAML is a broader standard, input for EB could be dumped directly from other tools written in different languages.
