Laser cutter head stuck

Laser cutter head is too low

If you have moved the head too far down in the Z direction, you are risking scrapping the head along the material/steel bed while the head is moving.

Warning: Do not press the RESET button. Pressing this button will drag the head around the bed.

To move the head back up, try:

1. Pressing the Z+ button on the control panel
2. Change the movement to the TABLE, then press Z- to lower the bed
3. Turn off and turn on the machine using the power button
