View Component Executive Summary

This page generates a document containing an executive summary of the information about a single component and all actions that have been performed on it. This is different from a standard component summary in the following ways:

• an executive summary contains a very specific selection of information about the component and its actions, whereas a standard component summary shows considerably more information about the component, and all information about its actions
• executive summaries are only needed, and therefore available, for components of a very small set of component types (in fact, as of April 2023, only for 'Assembled APA' type components), whereas standard component summaries are available for all components regardless of type

Where available, the component's executive summary can be accessed by pressing the blue [View and print this APA's executive summary] button found on the component's information page.

The information contained in the executive summary has been specifically requested and tailored for use by upper management of the APA Construction group and other higher-level DUNE personnel, and as such will not be altered for ease of use by other personnel involved in APA construction - the standard component summary should be used for general documentation purposes. The executive summary document has been pre-formatted and arranged for best layout on standard A4 paper with no headers or footers. The user should only need to press the blue [Print Summary] button at the top of the page, and then do the standard steps for printing through their browser.
