BNFs and AIOs

0.21 includes patches for maximum startup power bugs affecting all versions since BlheliS

To maximize the durability benefits of this, and bring the settings inline with BF defaults, the default minimum and maximum startup power has been reduced to a safe level for 4s-6s drones and typical 3"-5" motors.

For BNFs and AIOs aimed at battery capacities <4S, perform the following:

• Determine startup power and Betaflight motor idle using this guide

If the idle and/or startup power is higher than the default:

• Create Betaflight config with correct motor idle
• Build factory flash using custom defaults to include these higher values
