Lab 2b. Making the Home Sounds Dataset

(Make sure you do this after the first half of this lab.)

You're back! Now What?

1. Download all the files to one of your computers.
2. Name the files (e.g. Bikes_001.fla or Library_001.wav)
3. Download the associated photos into the same folder.
4. Create a text file to annotate each sound file (e.g. Bikes_001.txt), and include:
   1. tags (3),
   2. description
   3. geotag (Get the Geotags from the associated image: In Windows, right-click file->Properties->Details. In macOS, right-click file->Get Info)

Latitude: 32° 48' 58.53" N

Longitude: 117° 11' 47.628" W

Add this to shared Drive

Here is where we will put the compiled dataset from the workshop. Where possible, we included .txt and image files with the same name as the sound files each are describing.
