2024.03.22--release of CurveAlign6.0Beta-Win64-2024.03.22build
For the CurveAlign 6.0 Beta, this release contains only Windows 64-bit APP compiled with MATLAB 2023b . Mac and Linux APPs will be released later.
For the CT-FIRE 4.0, its basic functionality (not including ROI analysis and advanced post-processing) can be launched from CurveAlignmain GUI. The full functional, independent CT-FIRE 4.0 package will be released later.
Main new features include:
- Individual cell-based fiber analysis
- Fiber intersection points detection
- Auto-threshold for CT-FIRE analysis
- Bio-Formats MATLAB Importer and Exporter
