Breaking changes

• Use IETF language tags for the translation JSON filenames instead of ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 and 3166-2 codes. (#49)
  The translation JSON filenames have changed, you need to adjust your imports or loader.
  E.g. BR.json → pt-BR.json.
