  1. netlink: cleanup interfaces upon removal 

    Previously, when an interface was removed radvd did not release it's
multicast membership leaking kernel resources leading to a potential out
of memory failure of the `setsockopt([...], IPV6_ADD_MEMBERSHIP, [...])`
call.
