As a maintainer of this PoC repo, I'd like to make sure that two month later, with latest versions of OCP, Pipelines, RHEL versions in UBI, and everything that might have changed, this PoC still works when people come to it and try to follow the steps presented here.

It seems that the best way to ensure that would be periodic runs of the CI workflows/pipelines (see #133).
