Identical plans

Hello,

I recently ran 2 iterations of a simulation to test out the re-planning options.

When looking at the generated "1.plans.xml", I noticed that, while every person had now two plans, they all seems quite weird too me.

Many of most of the plans seem to be just copies of the original plan (see first picture).

Or the changes that have been made, are just weird. In the second picture, we see how the plan changed from car to transit_walk, whereby the latter needs now has a travel time off 18:55 instead of 01:11....

Is such behaviour known, or expected, based on some wrong configuration?
