5. Incentivization Mechanisms staking and slashing

Incentivization mechanisms - staking and slashing Proof of Balance: Every network actor in the system must deposit a security collateral within a staking contract before they are allowed to submit jobs. For example, if a Job Launcher is found to be misbehaving his Proof of Balance will be slashed. The amount that launchers must stake is dependent on a number of factors. The following actions are forbidden:

• Adding content containing curses
• Attempting to interfere with the mechanics of the Routing Protocol
• Attempting to interfere with voting mechanisms
