Fixes included in this release
- assembly compatibility with Derail Valley Build#84
- now associates spawn block list with base game's
TracksHash- this causes the spawn block list to be reset whenever the tracks hash changes
- this is the same mechanism that causes the train cars and jobs to be reset across the valley during some game updates
- resetting the spawn block list will allow train cars and jobs to repopulate after game updates that change the track hash
