Troubleshooting outcome:

• 3/4 rescued (2 from aldy + 1 from cyrius)
• 1/4 needs follow up with authors (1 from aldy)

@rodrigotoro Would you be able to help in raising a ticket for the failed sample? It may require follow up with access to CRAM files. The error message is as follows:

ERROR: gene= cyp2d6, profile= illumina, file= WHB4149.cram
Aldy could not phase any major solution.
Possible solutions:
 - Check the coverage. Extremely low coverage prevents Aldy from calling star-alleles.
 - Run with --debug parameter and notify the authors of Aldy.
