Documentation on how to build archives (w/ or w/o Scala sources)

• [ ]: Document how to exactly build archives, e.g. for urtheories one needs to a) load the LF extension b) run the scala-bin target and then c) run the mmt-omdoc target. Step b) was never clear to me, so c) always threw errors.
