enable testing

enable testing and use the new stm32 HAL
(In the future haricot should be able to take a complementary cmake file and everything related to stm shoudl be removed)

Double build

Allow to have two different build (desktop and stm32) in parallel of the same code

STM32 support

This release include:

• First draft of stm32 support (stm32l4xx)
• Refactor of the Haricot script (Added option: clean, -s stm32l4xx)
