Test Case: Scene and Scenario

This test case is for checking that after a new visual scene and scenario was created, or changed, everything is working as expected.
The scene must be built for a headset. The steering wheel needs to be connected.
The scenario design is finalized.
This run through needs to be repeated for every scenario and participant location.
Steps | Check |
---|---|
Drive along the route | The car does not fall through the street |
There is no large gap between terrain and street | |
The shadows behind houses, road and below trees are correct | |
Placement of objects is appropriate (no trees, and other objects on road) | |
Drive up to the traffic lights | The waiting lines are visible |
The lights turn all green simultaneously | |
Lights are placed appropriately | |
The GPS triggers at the correct time | |
Drive through the intersection | The GPS shows the correct direction |
Drive to end of scenario | The GPS switches to waiting at the right time |
The car stops in front of the 'do not enter' sign | |
The questionnaire triggers | |
Drive past scenario end | There is sufficient pathway to make a stop before the map ends |
The test passes all the checks along the steps.
