Import & Export

DeepSqueak can export call annotations and statistics to Excel files for further analysis. See Export to Excel.

DeepSqueak can also export spectrograms and audio.

Detected calls may be viewed in the context of an audio file in Raven Lite, by exporting a detection file as a Raven log.

DeepSqueak is capable of importing file annotations from Raven, Ultravox, X-Bat, Sonic Visualizer, and MUPET. It is useful for comparing analysis packages and creating ground truth tables.
