Requirements

Run the solution with and account with at least SharePoint Admin role.

Parameters

Target user account

Parameter	Type	Definition
User UPN	Required	User UPN from which you want to modify the Site Collection Admin access.
Add as Admin	Required Choice	Target user will be added as Site Collection Admin of the selected sites.
Remove as Admin	Required Choice	Target user will be removed as Site Collection Admin of the selected sites.
