@Stanislaw-bnk , I think it would be better if we incorporate Refunds and Returns into the ToS (rather than just placing them on one page as you proposed). Therefore, I would remove the introductory paragraph starting with "Thank you for shopping...". I'd turn the Returns section into point 20, and the Refunds into 21. Additionally, I would include the shipping address in a "new" paragraph 20 - Returns.
