Allow recording weeding action in timelapse video

This PR allows the recording of timelapse videos for weeding implements. The videos are made available through the /videos url path.

ToDos

• wait for RoSys pull requests Allow specifying the info string drawn on every frame of a timelapse video rosys#176 and Provide property to get first connected camera rosys#175 to be merged
• wait for new RoSys release with merged features
• test on real robot and ensure the video compression does not disturb operation of the robot -> seems to work
• provide link to /videos page? -> No, not yet -- we will try it a bit before exposing

@rodja I merged main with rosys 0.15.1 into this, but the tests still fail

@rodja as we already discussed, it would be nice to have feedback if/when the process finished; atleast in the log

@pascalzauberzeug I just created zauberzeug/rosys#186 to add logging and additional introspection logic. It will hopefully be part of the next RoSys release. Should we wait with the merge?

@rodja I think we can merge, since it already works and #163 brings in the new rosys version anyway
