Cherry pick PR #2877: Add logTrace API for Kabuki to log instrumentat…
Browse files Browse the repository at this point in the history
…ion events through JS h5vcc API (#2938)

Refer to the original PR: #2877

b/327680765

Add a ringbuffer to the watchdog to hold events emitted from logEvent()
API. InstrumentationLog is thread-safe.
LogTrace(snapshot of event log) is added to the violation json when
violation is created.
