• 🤖 Bot API 7.7
• Added the RefundedPayment class and the Message.refundedPayment property
• Initalizes fetcher on the constructor
• Moved the inital getMe call to be made from hte Bot.start method
• Remoed Pending Calls (which caused some troubles in the handler scopes order)
• Removed forked handlers, - well who knew it was there?
