Description of Changes

• Introduced Tutorial Program: Added a new section outlining the Wormhole Tutorial Program, designed to encourage participants to create and submit tutorials based on their hackathon projects.
• Added Reward Structure: Defined a reward system where accepted tutorials can earn $50 each, with a maximum of 5 tutorials per hackathon, totaling up to $250 in prizes.
• Updated Submission Guidelines: Provided clear instructions on how to format, submit, and name tutorials, as well as the review process.
• Expanded Example Tutorial: Included a more detailed example tutorial to guide participants in structuring their submissions effectively.

Motivation

The goal of these changes is to address the current gap in up-to-date tutorials, as existing resources are often outdated by 1-2 years. By introducing this program, we aim to incentivize the creation of fresh, relevant tutorials that reflect the latest developments and hackathon projects. This initiative will help keep the tutorial content current, support new developers, and foster a vibrant and engaged community within the Wormhole ecosystem.
