Remove GravatarUtils

- URL generation has been moved to Gravatar-SDK-Android. - Blavatar functions will be removed (never used in WordPress-Android and WooCommerce-Android) - fixGravatar functions, that rewrite avatar url to use Gravatar or Photon will be moved to WordPress-Android as they're very specific
