feat(console): remove lodash.* in favor of leaner implementations #6978

The following packages are removed:

  • lodash.debounce and @types/lodash.debounce
  • lodash.escape and @types/lodash.escape
  • lodash.throttle and @types/lodash.throttle
  • lodash.uniq and @types/lodash.uniq
