docsis updatedModified runner.py to only function on the highest level of reading config file and starting corresponding job. The three jobs were moved to seperate file in a newly created subfolder 'jobs'. Redundant .pred.hdf5 files were also removed and are all data is now saved in only .hdf5 file location.
No additional changes needed, as functionality is retained.
