Notes
This PR adds some missing translations (500+ strings) and fixes some complaints that Translatewiki was giving us.
I am also tweaking the personalized slide gradient overlays a bit. The strings in Translatewiki looked a bit unnecessary (there's not any actual text to translate, see here for example), so I am removing the localization and ensuring it is formatted using NumberFormatter.
