Version 2.0.0-beta1

This is the new and shiny version of Warmshowers.org for Android. We overhauled the look and feel, fixed so many bugs that we cannot count them - but especially the login issue that many of our users encountered is finally gone!
And last but not least, we introduced messaging into the app. Enjoy!
