Bring the new tests that were added to yara, and enable some tests that were waiting for some fixes.
This is a new feature in yara 4.5.1 (yes, features in patch updates apparently).
Only store the name of the resource and keep the other fields unset.
Reflect the 8242721801f069f3cbbcf3e73f465b426e90758f change from libyara: pick the max between the raw data and virtual size when evaluating which rva belongs to which section.
