Update the repo so it focuses on the TLJH plugin only.
The public version of the gallery will be built from https://github.com/voila-gallery/voila-gallery.github.io, still available at voila-gallery.org (after the DNS switch).
This PR should only be merged after all the points below have been completed, and the switch happened.
