Also update outdated common/models.json with data from https://github.com/trezor/trezor-suite/blob/develop/packages/connect/src/data/models.ts

Note that the two files could be merged.

It would be awesome if we could also modify the build process of the firmware and emulators to take this, build the FWs and emulators for those versions, and name them correctly. But this will help with the automation of the emu release.
