maintains the current pane/window path when promoting them into sessions [↑] pane promotion, new session name will be based on pane ID

Added window promotion (instead of just pane promotion)
Added option to maintain path when promoting a pane or window. Unrelated to issue-4, pr-5, issue-23 and issue-24.
