Verified with Saluki-v3:

1. Update from PR image to another version -> successfully updated
2. Update another version to PR image -> successfully updated
3. Try to update from PR image to failing image -> successfully rolled back to original image and crashing image marked as failed (woth snvm and file in failed folder) and not update trials to that failing version happened anymore
4. Update from PR image to another version -> successfully updated, and failed image info cleared from snvm (failed folder info kept)

All tests successful.
