Add OneStep to run TPCC bench on TiDB playground :

TPCC-Prepare
TPCC-Run
TPCC-CleanUp
TPCC-Check

And we need to support :

run TPCH on playground mode
support running bench by customize config file
run TPCC and TPCH on TiDB cluster mode
