This PR adds a
Dockerfileand Docker compose file for buildingtesseract_ros2on top oftesseract_qt. This image is intended to be able to function as a base fortesseract_ros2-based applications.Note this Docker image builds on top of the
tesseract_qtdeploy image from tesseract-robotics/tesseract_qt#87 so as to minimize build time and layer size.
