This pull request refacts OsmosisProvider to get data from individual pools that way pools like "ASH/USDC": "1360" can be individually requested and computed on price to be displayed to the user because when querying all the pools the previously mentioned pool is not included. The refact also includes querying the data directly denominated in the pool assets which will endup making the life easier when wanting to parse the data.
