Initial Pre-Release To Include Static Files

Since GitHub doesn't like binary content, mORMot2 includes its static files as an archive file associated with a release.

This Pre-Release is a very rough initial/untested/buggy release, just to have a way to publish the needed .o/.obj static files over GitHub.
