Looks like more CSG repos are requiring signed commits now. I'll remake this branch with my own signature to satisfy repo settings. |

Update: my mac build environment is complaining of a missing I'll merge this when unit tests are confirmed passing (eg porting this repo over to github actions when time allows)- this may take some time as all our devs are rather busy on other projects at present. For now, I'll point mailing list users here as default setup advice. :) |

zlib v1.2.11 has been archived to a new location. This fix installs zlib using the new URL, which prevents the shrinkwrap package from trying to install the old URL.
