Bugfix for #82 to enable d455 to be used through USB2.0
Bugs:
- #82 Unable to connect D455 camera through USB2.0 - it uses 5fps instead of default 6fps, so added exception for.
- #83 Show user an error in case pipeline can't be started for the camera instead of hard fail of the application
