[WIP] Remake KZILLA.XYZ (v3)

Description

We are remaking KZILLA.XYZ with regards to various issues occurred while dealing with the project with old packages. Also with a project where no one is to actively maintain it's comparatively easier to remake the project using an updated stack and have fun learning new stuff.

Our Plans

• Stick to the same UI design
• Make it so its backwards compatible
• Add two new features
  • Exporting and importing of user links. Regards to [ feat ] allow mass exporting my links  #265
  • Add functionality to sync links using accounts.
• Refactor some ideologies
  • Make use of a new open-source analytics tool instead of google.
  • Make use of a new open-source reCaptcha tool instead of google.
• Fix existing bugs like [BUG] Icon and svg not visible on specific Error pages #262 [BUG] Analytics Button visible on Error Page #261
