Working with Jenoptik VarioCam Infrared Images

This repository contains an executable file converter (irb2txt), example images, and an example jupyter notebook that walks through the process of converting .irb Jenoptik VarioCam infrared images into a workable format, then opening and exploring the data with python.

Getting Started

• Download or clone this repository, including the executable and sample images
• Open the convert-irb.ipynb jupyter notebook and follow along with the provided sample images

Known Issues

• This file conversion tool will not work with images from some camera models. Read here for more details.
