  • Double check these files. they have identical TRs, meaning that this was a complete re-run of run-01
  • DUP TR (1322) sub-0034_ses-04_task-fractional_acq-mb8_run-01_bold__dup-01.json
  • BOLD TR (1322) sub-0034_ses-04_task-fractional_acq-mb8_run-01_bold.json

Issue is due to using scan squence numbers instead of scan time.
If scanner crashes, using sequence numbers are prone to error.
nipy/heudiconv#740

Primary file has a later timestamp

CASE 1: BOLD is primary; delete DUPS
        Conditions met for ./sub-0034/ses-04/func/sub-0034_ses-04_task-fractional_acq-mb8_run-01_bold__dup-01.json. Removing file.

        BOLD TIME: 30836 vs. DUP TIME: 29916

Safe to delete DUP
